CLIMATE PROTECTION IS NO LONGER A TREND, IT IS A NECESSITY.

As a Company, it is your responsibility

TO BE PART OF THE SOLUTIONS.

About Us

We are part of your solution - sustainability

Many companies believe that environmental protection is complex and expensive. That's why we at CO2e(tief)OP have made it our mission to help you become climate neutral with manageable effort and cost-efficient measures, while maintaining your profitability.

But what is climate neutrality anyway? All products, processes and companies that do not emit any climate-damaging gases, e.g. CO2, are considered climate-neutral. Climate neutrality is achieved by reducing avoidable emissions, such as through a company's ecological orientation. In addition, residual emissions that cannot be avoided today can be offset by certified climate protection projects.

The CO2OP process is designed to lead companies to climate neutrality simply and sustainably in three steps

1. calculation of your carbon footprint

The collection is possible efficiently and quickly through our analyses. For the carbon footprint, the production of your products, the data is analyzed according to Scope 3. The collection of stakeholder data is an important component here. Here we take over the independent communication with your suppliers on request or work out reduction strategies with you & your suppliers to reduce or neutralize the CO2e hot spots.

2. consideration of internal reduction measures and joint implementation

In cooperation with experts and specialized energy consultants, an optimal mix of measures can be put together to reduce the carbon footprint. Here, we focus on energy efficiency measures that pay for themselves quickly.

3. compensation through certified climate protection projects

In order to achieve climate neutrality, unavoidable residual emissions are then offset through compensation projects. These naturally meet internationally recognized standards such as the Gold Standards, which ensure the additionality and long-term stability of a project, among other things.

Climate neutrality for your company

CO2OP-Process

Why your company can also benefit:

  • Climate protection measures are already worthwhile today. For example, electricity from your own solar power system often costs less than electricity from the utility company, and LED lighting can halve the amount of electricity needed for lighting.

  • Climate protection makes your company more attractive. Young people in particular value commitment to environmental and climate protection - whether as employees or consumers.

  • A stringent climate strategy is becoming increasingly important for your partners. More and more banks and companies require their customers and suppliers to disclose their greenhouse gas emissions, resulting in risks and strategies to minimize them.

  • Climate neutrality makes a contribution. As a climate-neutral company, you make your contribution to reducing global warming and thus to preserving the quality of life for our and future generations.
